Terms Of Service
Welcome to ArtZora Studios
Within this document you will find a full break down of our terms and conditions which are binding and non negotiable once payment has been made. The artist and any representative may, at anytime, reference this document if it is felt that a violation has occurred.
Behavior & Participation
-As a customer it is your obligation to behave in a calm and courteous manner when in studio social media groups
-Participation is a privilege not a right and may be revoked at anytime
-Harassment of the artist will not be accepted in any form
-We respond to requests, not demands.
-Inappropriate or otherwise offensive language or behavior will result in 1 warning followed by removal if behavior persists.
-Certain imagery including but not limited to political propaganda, unsolicited nudity, RL gore, animal abuse, etc will result in removal from chats and groups.
Art Commissions, Sketches, & Payment
-Work will not begin until payment, ref, and all requested info has been received by the artist
-Artist will provide customer with 1 preliminary sketch
>This is your one and only chance to request changes to the pose, lineart, and/or color pallette. Any changes requested after initial sketch is approved will result in a charge upwards of $50 to be determined by the artist based on the complexity of the change.
-Ref sheets must be at least a 2 view with color pallette. Please notify before sending NSFW ref sheets.
-If you do not own a 2 view reference sheet, a detailed piece of artwork must be provided to the artist. (Character designs/Customs are exempt from this!)
-Payment is accepted via paypal invoice, sent to you by the artist.
Refunds (Art Related)
-Full refunds are available if no work has been done on the art commission.
-Sale purchases are not eligible for refunds
-If you have already been provided a sketch and decide to cancel and request a refund you will be entitled to no more than a 65% refund.
-If coloring has begun and you decide to cancel or request a refund you will be entitled to no more than 25% refund
-Once digital work has been completed and the artist has provided you a digital copy for approval you will no longer be entitled to any refund.
-If it has been determined that the character commissioned does not belong to you, your commission will be revoked without notice and all finished artwork will be provided to the original owner with no refund.
-If it is found that you have violated any part of the Behavior & Participation portion of the TOS your commission may be canceled at anytime without notice and you will be entitled to no more than a 50% refund.
-Any payment reversal without notification will result in intervention via paypal customer service and all chat logs shall be documented to paypal
Art Deadlines & General Shipping
-Unless specifically noted otherwise deadlines are not accepted but may be provided as a reference but will in no way unless noted be honored
-Artwork is completed at a pace manageable around the Artists regular work schedule
-Due to conflicting hours and scheduling, shipments are made when we have time.
-Unless specifically requested, Shipping is handled via USPS and 5-7 day shipping is the default method selected.
-Should cost of shipping exceed a reasonable amount you may be requested to pay an additional charge to cover the additional cost
-Once shipping has been confirmed, ArtZora Studios is in no way responsible for delays, lost, or damaged merchandise.
-If a wrong address is sent and is not corrected before shipping takes place you, the commissioner, are solely responsible for reprint/lamination fees as well as shipping.
Barred Subject Matter (Art)
-NSFW artwork depicting or referencing underage characters
-Beastiality/Feral on Anthro requests
-Feral NSFW artwork
-Cub genre (diapers, pacifiers)
-Scat
-Hate Speech (Armbands, Racism, Antisemitism)
-Self Harm/Suicide
-Symbols of Terror/Terrorism
-Vore in any form
-Drugs & Paraphernalia (Drug status determined by federal law not state)
-Criminal Activity (i.e. Theft, Murder, Rape)
-Firearms will not be drawn in content where character is not depicted as practicing safe handling
-We will not draw any character with pawprints on their hips/groin.
Fursuit Commissions & Payment
- A non refundable 30% deposit must be paid upfront to secure the slot. We will not begin working on a commission until the slot is completely paid off.
-Prior to ordering fur/fabrics, we will request the commissioner's input on colors, type, etc. This is your chance to agree or disagree with our suggestions. If fabric/fur is ordered and then unwanted, we will require another 20% deposit to be paid for new materials. This is added onto your total as materials cannot be returned.
-If a new character is requested prior to ordering materials/starting, we will gladly change your commission! Price is subject to change based on the character change.
-You will be provided with numerous WIP pictures regarding the progress of your commission. If at any time you disagree or dislike something, please let us know ASAP so we can fix that!
-Progress can be tracked via our fursuit trello. We request you visit that before messaging us regarding updates as it slows down our workflow.
-Commission references must be clear for your commission. For individual parts, we only really need a close up of the design, but a ref is always appreciated.
-If you do not own a 2 view reference sheet, you will be referred to our reference sheet artist @LinxsysArt via Twitter for a commission. (Artistic Liberty commissions are exempt from this.)
-Payment plans are available on commissions exceeding $900 but must be agreed upon and held. We require a 30% material deposit upfront and the rest is available to be paid off on a payment plan. We will require payment every 2 weeks until the slot is fully paid off. We are fully understanding and if more time is needed, please contact us and let us know! We will figure another date out for your payment. Payment plans must exceed minimum $110 per payment.
-We love to try new things, however if you request something and we try our hardest to do and cannot pull off nicely, we will talk and explain what we have tried and how we cannot go further. Ideally, we will finish up the commission as it is and send it to you.
-Payment is accepted via paypal invoice, sent to you by the artist.
Premade Suits
-Premade suits are purchasable through our website or through email/dms on socials.
-We require full payment upfront as these suits are typically on their way to completion/complete and need to leave the studio to clear space.
-In the event we allow a payment plan, we require a 50% downpayment and then minimum $110 per payment after that. Ideally every 2 weeks, though we are understanding of money issues and are willing to push the payment deadline further if needed.
-If a premade suit is no longer desired, we reserve the right to sell the suit and any additional art made/purchased of the character for full or higher listing price. A full refund for the suit will be provided to the previous buyer, however any art commissioned of the suit prior to it being in the buyer's hands will fall on the buyer to recoup themselves. We will not pay for it.
-A premade suit is sold as is and the design cannot be changed once purchased. In the rare event the premade's body is undesigned, we will allow for customer input on the design when purchased.
Refunds
-Upon commissioning, a 30% non refundable material deposit is due. This is for material costs and will not be refunded if the commission is cancelled. This is to ensure we are not stuck with materials out of our pocket that we cannot use at the time.
-If you have made a 30% downpayment and we have yet to order any supplies for your suit, you will receive that downpayment back if requesting a refund.
-Regarding fursuit parts, if the commission has been patterned out, a refund of 40% is available. We reserve the right to use the patterned pieces for other commissions. We will never replicate your exact design. (Ex. Your handpaws are white with brown fingers. We may make a handpaw set that is black with those brown fingers as to not waste materials.)
-If parts of a commission have been completed, you can only get a refund for the parts not begun. (Ex. You commissioned a partial. Tail & Handpaws are complete and you have been provided pictures. The head is not begun. You can only receive a refund for the head. The 30% deposit is still non refundable as I have the base and materials already.) The tail and handpaws would be shipped to you since I am unable to resell them due to them being your character's design.
-If fur is at all cut for any commission, a refund of only 30% is available due to us having the pieces cut and ready to sew together.
-If fur is at all sewn for any commission, no refund will be available as we are close to completion.
-If the final product is not as you desired, we will work to make it as correct as possible.
-If you paid more for an add-on and we are unable to do it properly, we will provide a refund for that add-on.
-In the event a fur color is discontinued and we are unable to find a close option, a full refund will be provided. We will, at that time, modify the fursuit part with different colors to sell off to not lose the entire part.
-In the event a fur color is discontinued on a purchased upgraded premade and we are unable to find a close option, we will refund the upgraded amount and ship the suit out as is.
NSFW Policies
-If you use your suit for NSFW activities, that is perfectly fine by us, however we request you let us know as this will void your one month warranty immediately due to health concerns.
-We will never disclose a NSFW suit to the public. The only time a NSFW suit will be disclosed is privately to a customer inquiring about such additions to their suit.
-Repairs to a NSFW suit can be asked about privately in DMS or email. We will do our best to help walk you through how to fix anything on your suit including short videos on how to repair something.
-NSFW Commissions are subject to an ID check to be 100% safe.
Deadlines & Shipping
-Deadlines are available for an additional fee to be discussed. We request a 3-4 month heads up regarding a deadline.
-Completion dates will not be provided. The complexity and features of a commission will affect the deadline/completion date of it.
-Our average turnaround time is listed on our fursuit trello. Your commission is not guaranteed by that time, but likely completed within that time.
-No deadline or completion time will be provided until all payments are all made.
-Fursuit commissions are shipped via UPS. We are not responsible for any damages, loss or delays. If your suit is damaged, we will gladly make repairs once the suit is shipped back to us.
-Shipping is always paid for by the commissioner. Repairs or finished product, shipping must be paid for by the commissioner. The only time we will pay for shipping is if there is a major flaw with our product that we caused.
Barred Fursuit Matter
-We will not create or accept any fursuit commission with pawprints on the hip/groin area.
-We will not create or accept any fursuit commissions with a design that is hateful in any way.
In Conclusion,
Payment to ArtZora Studios binds all parties to this TOS and no signature shall be required. It is the responsibility of the commissioner to read and understand this document prior to payment. Failure to read TOS does not exempt you from the aforementioned regulations.
