Terms Of Service For ArtZora Studios
Welcome to ArtZora Studios
Within this document you will find a full breakdown of our terms and conditions which are binding and non negotiable once payment has been made. The artist and any representative may, at any time, reference this document if it is felt that a violation has occurred.
Behavior & Participation
-As a customer it is your obligation to behave in a calm and courteous manner when in studio social media groups.
-Participation is a privilege not a right and may be revoked at any time.
-Harassment of the artist will not be accepted in any form.
-We respond to requests, not demands.
-Inappropriate or otherwise offensive language or behavior will result in 1 warning followed by removal if behavior persists.
-Certain imagery including but not limited to political propaganda, unsolicited nudity, RL gore, animal abuse, etc will result in removal from chats, groups and potentially even the queue.
- Clients are expected to bring any issues with workflow or their product to the artist privately in dms/email, not group chats or social media.
Commissioning Process
- Not every single part of the process of creating the suit will be documented to the client. We reserve the right to work as we do best so as to not clog our workflow. (Ex. 1 colored handpaws with pawpads will be worked on and finished without any pictures provided to the client until completion photos.)
- Every client is given WIP images of their commission. We typically send an image to confirm markings on tails, handpaws/feetpaws (if there are markings), bodysuits when taped, foam bases, and taped heads. This is the initial chance to give any design input regarding anything in the photos. After this point, any changes will be subject to an additional fee.
- Every client has access to our client chat where numerous photos are taken and posted on a daily basis as we work. This will include multiple projects at a time typically ranging from premades to client work.
- We work 12+ hours a day, 5 days a week. Please view your trello card for progress on your suit prior to messaging us.
- Clients are expected to not harass the artist regarding progress, updates, casual conversations, etc. We are very busy bringing your characters to life!
- We request that clients do not message us privately on weekends as this is our only time away from work. Should we get a message Sat-Sun, we will likely not reply until Monday.
- Weekends are reserved for rest or premade work/con prep. Should we be working on a weekend, it will likely be premade work or catching up/getting ahead on client work. Should we need to send any photos regarding client work for approval on the weekend, we will respond to the client.
- Every client will get finished photos of their product prior to shipping. This is the final chance for any changes, which will be discussed and subject to an additional fee depending on the change.
- We will not allow any drop-offs/pickups at our studio. Should something need to be picked up/dropped off, we will schedule a time and date in a public space, though it is highly requested to not meet in person.
- Should you be picking up a product from us, we will require a signature prior to turning the suit over.
Payment Information
- A valid ID must be presented via email and a signed copy of the TOS will be required prior to an invoice being sent for a slot.
- We will NOT work with minors. We will NOT accept a commission if you are a minor. Please come back when you are 18.
-Prior to ordering fur/fabrics, we will request the commissioner's input on colors, type, etc. This is your chance to agree or disagree with our suggestions. If fabric/fur is ordered and then unwanted, we will require another 20% deposit to be paid for new materials. This deposit is non-refundable as well.
-If a new character is requested prior to ordering materials, we will gladly change your commission for an additional fee that will be discussed and agreed upon by the client prior to any changes being made.
-Payment plans are available on commissions exceeding $1000. We will accept a 50% (half of the total amount) non-refundable down payment immediately upon commissioning and then require 25% (half of the remaining amount) the next month and the final amount the month after.
- California Sales Tax is added to every purchase. This rate is 7.75% and is not negotiable. This is added through Square automatically and affects the total. The total you are told via email is not including sales tax. Sales Tax is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Allergy Warning
-All our suits come from a home around dogs, cats and ferrets! If you are in any way allergic to these animals, please consider commissioning someone else. The dogs/cats are occasionally in direct contact with materials and in the studio. If you are allergic to either, please do not consider commissioning us. Clients are responsible for acknowledging this warning prior to commissioning and by signing this, agree they are not allergic to the listed animals.
Premade Suits
- We will allow payment plans on a premade if the suit does not sell within 4 months.
- In the event we allow a payment plan, we require a 50% down payment and then 2 payments afterwards. (2 months max.)
- Premades are subject to full artistic liberty. We reserve the right to change the design as we see fit.
- If a premade suit is purchased, design inputs are not taken into consideration unless they are minor changes. (Ex. Elbow tufts being a different color, additional marking on an unmade part of the suit, etc.)
- If a preclaimed premade is no longer desired, we will only refund 50% of the total of the suit as we have to cover material costs and our time. Any art commissioned of said premade by the client must be sent via email to us so we can relist the premade with the art. The client will not be compensated for the art.
- If a completed premade is no longer desired and shipped, there is a ZERO refund policy on it.
Refunds & Payments
- You will be required to uphold your payment due dates. Missing more than 2 payment due dates without prior contact will result in us cancelling your commission.
- In the event of missed due dates spanning several months, we reserve the right to withhold more than the deposit as interest. (10-20% more)
- We understand things happen. If you need a refund, please reach out via email or telegram and we will work out the refund civilly and correctly.
- Harassment of the artist/business will not be tolerated. Should the client be participating in harassment, they will only be entitled to a 30% refund.
- We reserve the right to terminate any commission for any reason.
- Should a client become rude/pushy/intolerant/demanding at any point, we reserve the right to terminate the commission and refund 30% of the total only.
- Should a client attempt to escalate with a forced refund, we reserve the right to log conversations/emails/social media posts/etc and provide them as proof to the company. We also reserve the right to post said logs online in a client beware.
- Should a client request a refund with parts made, we will either refund what wasn’t worked on or refund the client (minus the deposit) and resell the parts as is.
- Should we be unable to pull off something we haven’t tried before, we will offer either a full or partial refund depending on how the trial product came out. Should a full refund be given, we reserve the right to sell the trial part as is.
NSFW Policies
- Repairs to a NSFW suit can be asked about privately in DMS or email. We will do our best to help walk you through how to fix anything on your suit including short videos on how to repair something.

- No fursuit slot is added into queue until full payment is received.
- Fursuit commissions are shipped via UPS. We are not responsible for any damages, loss or delays. If your suit is damaged, we will gladly make repairs once the suit is shipped back to us.
- If a fursuit is lost in transit, we are not responsible for its loss. If insurance covers the cost of the product, we will gladly discuss with the client on a refund or remake of the suit.
-Shipping is always paid for by the commissioner. Repairs or finished product, shipping must be paid for by the commissioner.
Barred Fursuit Matter
-We will not create or accept any fursuit commissions with a design that is hateful in any way.
